The “Black Leather Bands” were some of the “off-drafts” from the “Leaid” Collection.
Leaid is the combination of Leather and Plaid being directly glued together, to form a sort of “skin” over the plaid, which can subsequently be peeled back if “necessary” to reveal the plaid underneath, leading to some interesting expressions.
